Talon Home Inspections

The job was extremely thorough. As a first time home buyer (without a real estate agent), I was very nervous about the entire process. I have no background knowledge to know what things to look for that may be a cause of concern now or for the future. The inspection took almost four hours (for a 1600 sq ft home) and he spent an additional hour to go through the entire home with me to show and explain to me what he found (both positive and negative). Though, I do not have a previous experience which to base my opinion on, my mother was with me during the review, and she does have a previous experience which to compare this inspection, and she too was impressed! Home inspection companies are not required to do much according to national standards, however Talon Home Inspections went well above the standards and my expectations! I would definitely recommend Talon Home Inspections to anyone. Thanks again!

Talon Home Inspection did an excellent job, providing a very detailed report and availability to answer our questions days/weeks after the inspection. Our property had a unique situation with high carbon monoxide levels....Carlo took extra time to document and troubleshoot the situation. We would recommend to anyone purchasing a home.
