We reached out to *** right around the time of this complaint to advise of what had happenedOur sales person Michael was in the hospital at this point for stress related health issues and was unable to reach his phoneOur office personnel are always available for issues like this, but we had
not known of these issues Just after this complaint was filed, I reached out to *** to fix the issues he was having with Talon RestorationI had not even known of this complaint at all prior to fixing *** problemsI went out there, made sure we would only be moving forward with his permissionThough we did drop the ball in allowing *** calls to be left unanswered for two weeks, we did resolve his issues and are working diligently to make sure he is very well taken care ofI have personally kept in constant contact with him and making sure there are no issues going forwardTalon Restoration definitely regrets allowing this time to pass without contactBut we have assured Mr*** that he can always reach out to us and we will be sure to take care of his issues
