Several months back me and my wife purchased a embroidery machine from Angie Bruner the ownerAngie assured my wife and I that everything worked perfectly, she even told us that when we plugged it in to the computer to look for the file named [redacted] and open it as it was the operating systemWe did this and nothing was thereWe contacted Angie and she stated she would get us the softwareWe never heard anything backSent another message she stated she had been busy, she would get back with usSo we contacted the manufacturer who told us the unit was obsolete and shouldn’t have been sold because the software can not be obtained unless you already have itSo we messaged Angie again and told her we would like our money backWe have still heard nothing from this company
Extremely horrible companyExtremely poor office ManagementThey don't provide info when requested, totally evaded the issueThey hired an Attorney to bully me, and just recently they singled me to remove tree stakes, that the builder installed, but they didn't inform the other homes to do soConstant issues of people parking behind my driveway, that they apparently don't enforce
I have asked on numerous occasions for this company to answer my emails They have replied only once When I asked a followup question they have not replied The company has failed to require home owners in our subdivision to follow architectural covenants
I paid fees associated with home ownership to ACMI in January The home was sold on August 25, I've requested a return of fees and was told this should have been returned to me in my HUD statementHUD has nothing to do with collection or return of feesThis company owes me a refund in the amount of $137.50, and is refusing to release the over payment to me
I called the headquarters to complain about the amount they charged to tune up a sewing machine The representative was curt and simply stated to shop some place else since I was dissatisfied
