Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is no need to resort to personal attacksI described events factually, as they occurred This is not a case of " some customers are never happy " , but one of this customer not being happy about a few specific thingsIn this particular case, MrLapps crew failed to install the metal and weatherstripping for the overhead doors properly and the result is buckled metal and weatherstripsThey cannot be straightened by pounding more nails into them as what he wanted to doMrLapp has always said that he stands behind his work, and that is all I'm asking forI am including the E-Mail trail between MrLapp and myself There are no deceitful claims all I want is what I paid for and the job completed professionally.Note the dates as to when I first asked to have this issue addressedYou will have to read the E-Mails starting from the bottom I have pics of the buckled weatherstrips and metal if neededThank You [redacted]

This is a classic example of the saying "some customers are never happy" and most would go to great lengths to lie and deceive others because of their unwillingness to communicate like a mature individual. Our customers know that we stand behind our work and we are in no way shape or form
responsible for any deceitful claims

I am rejecting this response because:  There is no need to resort to personal attacks. I described events factually, as they occurred . This is not a case of " some customers are never happy " , but one of this customer not being happy about a few specific things. In this particular case, Mr. Lapps crew failed to install the metal and weatherstripping for the overhead doors properly and the result is buckled metal and weatherstrips. They cannot be straightened by pounding more nails into them as what he wanted to do. Mr. Lapp has always said that he stands behind his work, and that is all I'm asking for. I am including the E-Mail trail between Mr. Lapp and myself .
