I am rejecting this response because: First of all, the response by Sheri from doctor's office implicates that themistake was made by meThey are not holding responsibility or being accountable for their mistakes, and I say mistakes because there were multiple mistakes made by their scheduling and doctor leading to this unfortunate situationSecond, I have had no argumentative phone conversations with my insurance agentIn fact, my insurance *** were the only ones stepping up to resolve the mistakes of DrBrent T*** and his staffAnd lastly, I have not received an apology from the doctor for their mistake.

Dear [redacted]:We recently receiveda letter fromThe Better BusinessBureaur of Hawaii,Inc. dated October16, 20 I 4. On the letter it states "Revdex.com recently notified you rbusiness about the above referenced complaint; we have yet to receive a response." This letter dated October 16, 2014 is the first...

we have heard about the complaint.[redacted] is the guarantor of 4 children that have been seen in Dr. T[redacted]'s office. In February, a statement was sent to Mrs. [redacted]in the amountof $546.30 for her children's visits to Dr. T[redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] was extremely unhappy with the size of her bill,so called our office to complain. l informed Mrs. [redacted] that her insurance had a $200 maximum payment and the visits surpassed this amount. Mrs. [redacted]then claimed we knew one of her children was 3 years old and told her it was okay to do a 4 year old Well Child Check. Mrs. [redacted] said that she called the insurance company and insisted they told her that if we submitted the claim as a 4 year old Well Child Check that it would have gotten paid.I tried to inform Mrs. [redacted] that the insurance payments are based on age, so it would not have gotten paid. I tried to call the insurance company to get confirmation of Mrs. [redacted]'s phone conversation with them. I spokewith someone at Mrs. PassFsinsurance who saidshe would try to help us with the situation and would also address Mrs.[redacted]'s behavior with our office.She said that she understood my concerns in regards to Mrs. [redacted]'s behavior because when Mrs. [redacted] called their office, she also yelled at their staff. After multiple calls to the insurance company, they agreed to make a special exemption for Mrs. [redacted] to pay the visit for the 4 year old Well Child Check. The person at the insurance company said they would call Mrs. [redacted]and inform her that we did in fact submit the charges correctly and that this was a special exemption.As discussed via our ChatSession, included with this letter is documentation of [redacted]'s complaint again Brent T[redacted] and our office's attempt at resolving the issue. I've included the February statement that was sent to Mrs. [redacted]along with multiple notes documenting phone conversations.Sincerely,Sheri T[redacted]
