I am rejecting this response because:Most of what was said in this
response is untrue For one, I tried to come in every days but they aren’t open days a week and I work shift work so they made it very difficult to get in I did speak with Dr*** ***, who they fired by the way, several times due to the lack of communication between my so called “coach” *** Dr*** was kind enough to give me her personal cell and told me to contact her at any timeMy husband and so in fact did come in a met with the “owner” Dr *** in the Tapestry Park office and if they are saying different they are liarsI don’t trust this company! They are out to rob people under the heading of “wanting to help achieve health” when in fact they don’t careDon’t forget, I have times, dates, emails and phone texts to prove my case and I will be glad to submit it allI want Lending USA to be paid off I’m trying to give this company the opportunity to stand behind their word which they are failing miserably at.

We must apologize for the way this situation with our company has made you feelWhile we have tried to remedy the situation with our services, *** and our team have been unsuccessful in working out a resolution for ***'s health*** has requested that her contract be modifiedWe are willing to do so for the amount of services rendered and products received. We are surprised that *** is not accepting of our offer to modify her loan amount as we were under the impression that this was the goal of her complaintWe are offering to adjust her loan to the payoff amount of services rendered and products used (minus what she has already paid) and she can pay LENDING USA directlyIf she prefers not to pay LENDING USA directly, she can pay our company directly the amount owed for services rendered and products usedWe will leave it up to *** as to how she would like to satisfy her payment to us of $1011, We understand how upsetting it can be when your expectations are not met and look forward to resolving this amicably.
