Hello I arrived on satursad but there was no taxi waiting for me I called the telephone number times and left messages, but nobody returned my callAt one point, someone did answer and transferred me to the Management Office, but again, I just left a voice mail as nobody answered Eventually, I had to get a taxi and bring me to the hotel I am very disappointed I even asked my hotel to call you, but guess whatNo answer either I expect a full refund I will also be contacting my Credit Card Company to retrieve the money from you This is shambolic I expect a full explanation ***

I called the telephone number 14 times and left 4 messages, but nobody returned my call. At one point, someone did answer and transferred me to the Management Office, but again, I just left a voice mail as nobody answered.
Eventually, I had to get a normal taxi and bring me to the hotel.
I am very disappointed.
I even asked my hotel to call you, but guess what.... No answer either.
I expect a full refund.
I will also be contacting my Credit Card Company to retrieve the money from you.
This is shambolic.
I expect a full explanation.

Review: My partner cannot walk and needed ambulette service to doctors appointment. The taxi arrived with one person who told me he was only the driver and did not help with the wheelchair or getting client downstairs. Help with getting downstairs was requested when the reservation was made with [redacted] who quoted a base rate of $118 for two people to assist client downstairs per trip. Spoke to dispatcher after taxi arrived to report the problem. They did not resolve this and driver left without speaking to me. Called service to cancel after securing another company and spoke to [redacted] who booked the reservation. He stated "you did not tell me you had a gargantuan, oversize person for this appointment. At the time the reservation was made [redacted] was told the instruction for two people to assist was not in the email for confirmation. He responded, "Don't worry it's in there". I am requesting a full refund.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund.

Review: This car company pulled a switcheroo, telling me the base price was $38 and separately sending me a receipt showing the base price was really $58. I wound up being charged $109.70 for an 8-mile cab ride from JFK airport when the initial quote I as given was a total of $58 exclusive of a $5 reservation fee and a 20% service charge. The $109.70 receipt was sent in a separate email from the email in which I was asked to confirm the reservation so I had not seen that the price of my cab was essentially doubling when I was asked to confirm the reservation.On top of that, the cab driver was unfamiliar with the route so was entirely unable to circumvent traffic and I had to direct him to the best of my ability. Upon arrival, the driver lied and said that we had not already prepaid his tip so I gave him a $10 tip at the end of the ride.I attempted to email the company to resolve the matter but they have only offered to refund me the $10 tip. I asked them to discuss this with me over the phone but they have refused to do so, only offering me a free car seat for a future ride.Desired Settlement: This switcheroo practice is completely exploitative of customers. I obviously only signed up with this company because of the $58 quote I was originally provided (understanding that said there was a $5 reservation fee and I'd owe 20% for service). At the very least, I should be refunded $20 for the never-explained jump in base price from $38 from my initial quote to $58 base price in the final receipt I received
