I am rejecting this response because:
Getting the parents numbers would have done me no good seeing as she was breeding a dog that the ownership was not transferred This should have been done before the puppies were even bornThey are now months old and still have not received their certificationThe address on the check is not currentThe new one is *** *** *** Rapid City SD

As I have stated in previous correspondences, I did not know the transfer of ownership did not go throughWhen I purchased my dame I signed the paperwork to change ownership as did the previous owner and it was mailedI had my dames certificate CKC registration so I assumed it was done since I did not receive anything stating otherwise So with the information I had I thought I was good to go before my dame was bred.Since the error was finally found a few weeks I have been getting the correct paperwork signed by previous owner who does not live near me signed again I am in contact with CKC to make sure it gets there It is a matter if time on their end as I previously stated I received the paperwork with previous owners signature in the mail today It is in the mailbox at my small town post office to go back out to CKC tomorrow They said once received at CKC it is a 5-day turn around and they will mail me my dames new registration certificate Once I get this certificate in the postal mail I can then register the litter online CKC processes this information and postal mails me paperwork that I sign for new owners to register pup in their name if they so choose.Looking at the calendar (and padding dates to receive things back and forth) I assume the information will flow as follows:• Leaves Flasher ND by postal mail on Nov8, 2016• If I allow 3-days to deliver there and back and also allow for processing time, then I am looking to hopefully have back around thanksgiving.• The day I receive the paperwork in mail, the litter is registered online.• I receive paperwork back from online registration which I would guess again would be 7-business days This would put me in the end of November/first part of December.• I sign paperwork and certify mail it to Mrs*** that same day or the next morning.• She receives certified mail with the information I need to send her for her to register her dog in her name and what she does from there is out of my hands.These pups are registerable If she chooses to breed her pup to another CKC sire she still will have pure breed registered pups She is not out any additional income if she chooses to breed.I am glad that she has now given me a correct mailing address because that would have prolonged the process again as I only had her mailing address off check.As I have stated before, this has been a frustrating process on both sides I never dreamed there would be issues like this It is a live and learn event in my life as well, as I trusted things were transferredI am sorry she is still upset, but I have been doing my best to figure out where the error was and how to fix itThis delay in no way is a lose of future income because according to CKC there is no danger of me being unable to register this litter once this is corrected

Hi [redacted]!   I have told her I am working with CKC to register litter.  I have been trying to register the litter but it kept coming back as incomplete and I did not know why.  I finally figured out there was an issue in owner transfer when I brought Nova home(the dame of the litter in...

question) and she isn't in my name yet. So it is now a matter of waiting for orginal owner (who I have been in contact with) to sign new papers so I an register litter once ownership transfer corrected.   I have offered the dame and sire's registration numbers (this proves pedigree as well), but she respond with "my options" instead of wanting the numbers.  I have attached screenshots of this conversation.   This process is me telling CKC of litter.  They do registering of dog.  I am working on fixing my end, but it will take time.  This pup is not of breeding age where the registration is an issue right this moment.   I did not respond to her last request of "my options" because these are not my options as she agreed to take pup home without papers in hand knowing I was working on figuring out what as going on with registration.     I have kept people update and also posted on Nova and Rocky's litter page what I find out. This is only person that has a complaint (that I am aware of) as they know if they wanted they could have the parents reg. numbers and do the steps themselves if needed.   I hope this is what you need to know, as we are not a business in a sense of this is an income source we depend on.  If this is something that I am supposed to have a business lisence for please let me know so I can correct that issue as well.  If you have any questions please email me back.  I will also try to contact you this week if I do not hear back that you received this.  Thank you for your help with this issue.   Sincerely   Tamara Bartz
