We have contacted Mr*** today. We have scheduled him back into the dealership for another inspection of the transmissionHe feels that the issues he has been experiencing are becoming much worse so we will complete a thorough inspection and test drive of the vehicle to ensure
that the transmission is sound, safe and operating properly. We'll provide transportation to Mr*** while we complete our inspection and road tests. This is to request that my case be continued or re-opened, as I have not resolved my complaint with Keim Ford concerning the faulty transmission on my Ford Focus.      I did not have a chance to respond quickly enough beccause I was scheduled to bring the car back in on Thursday, June 16, 2016. This was the FOURTH time I brought the car in for the same problem. On this latest visit, they again claimed they could not verify the problem, or that the shudder "is within spec."     The transmission shudder is intermittent, i.e., does not happen all the time, but when it does, it is unacceptable. This problem is verified by thousands of Ford Focus and Fiesta owners on the internet.      I intend to pursue all avenues posssible until this case is resoved to my satisfaction.

Good afternoon.  I have been made aware of the lease mileage disclosure concern and have reviewed a blank lease agreement.  I will be pulling the original paperwork (the actual lease agreement signed by the customer) from the file and looking for any discrepencies or language that...

would lead the customer to believe that this .15 penalty is NOT a pre payment arrangement but in fact a post lease penalty.  If I find anything misleading or vague about the language in the original contract signed by the customer that would lead he/she to believe that the post lease mileage penalty is in fact .15 per mile we will gladly refund the customer the difference.  It is not our intent and it has never been our intent to "bait and switch", mislead, misrepresent the company or conduct business in any other manner contrary to the terms and conditions of the contract signed and dated by the customer.  I will personally contact the customer myself once I review the contract which will be no later than Tuesday October 11th.  Thank you.  Matthew B[redacted] General Manager Jim Keim Ford Inc.  Direct ###-###-####

Good morning,Ms. [redacted] has been to our dealership on more than one occassion for clarification on the matter at hand.  We have certainly attempted to explain it in detail and are more than happy and willing to do it again and as many times needed.  The rebates from our manufacturer (Ford...

Motor Company) are included in our discounted sale price and each vehicle disclaimer. In addition the "Customer Cash Payment Authorization Form" required by Ford is reflective of all rebates included in the transaction and discloses them by name and program number in an itemized fashion.  We require acknowledgement by signature as means of proper disclosure and ethics at our dealership. That being said the manufacturer rebates totalling $2000 were in fact passed along to the customer and reflective in the total price, for which Ms. [redacted] rendered payment, of $6999.  While signing all required, fully disclosed and legal documentation in our business office Ms. [redacted] made a decision to purchase, in addition to the vehicle itself, an extended service contract.  She had a service contract included in her prior transaction involving her trade and so we cancelled that per her request and issued a pro rated credit towards the cost of a new extended service contract for her new vehicle.  The cost of the new contract minus the prorated reimburseable amount on the old contract totalled $667.  Ms. [redacted] paid for the new contract minus the prorated reimbursement ($667) with a credit card.  We would be happy to review this again and as many times needed with Ms. [redacted] in order to eliminate what appears to be a misunderstanding.Thank you.Matthew B[redacted]General ManagerJim Keim Ford
