I called to cancel service because I could no longer afford it. The office people said that it was the policy that I had to talk to the service person named *** in order to cancel service. They transferred me and I got voice mail. I told him I wanted to cancel service for my house and a rental property. Then someone came out and did the service while I was at work. I called and did talk to *** and told him he did not call me back so I thought he cancelled my service. He was very rude but I thought it was taken care of. Then I just got a letter where they are sending me to collections. I had service with them for years, and paid them. I don’t feel I owe them the money for this last bill because they did not cancel my service. I called again a couple of days ago and still they insist I owe them the money. I don’t know what I can do. I asked about the owner and there was no response from the clerical staff. Just that I had to speak with ***. I cannot spend hours on the phone because I work and they are closed in the evenings. I hope you can help. Thank you.

has been a client since 11/22/2011. We have had numerous calls with this client.19 to be exact. We have documented notes of every call with dates regarding her account. Customer stated on 4/19/17 that she cancelled in March of 2017. We have no notes regarding this phone call. This means the phone call didn't happen. *** did return her call back on 4/19/17 and also on 11/9/17 again letting her know that the cancellation request was after service was rendered on and April 10th 2017. She received a service on March 10th 2017 and paid for this. There were no phone calls until after the April 10th service. We never received any payments for that service.. The next call was made from us to her on 10/6/17 asking for final payment We again called her on 11/1/17 11/6/17 11/9/17. The final conversation was with a gentlemen on 11/9/17 who hung up on us very upset. The customer was finally sent to collection on 12/5/17. We would appreciate receiving payment.

I will offer to recall her from collections if she pays $51.00. This is half of what she owes. If she does not accept this offer please do not reply.My point to the 19 calls is that we track all our phone calls. If she had called us we would have a record of it. She did not call in March 2017 for anything. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12496646, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will pay the $51, but I did call and I have cell phone records to prove it. However I don’t want to ruin my credit with collection bills. So do I call the company to make payment? Thank you for your help.

We canceled their services and paid the final bill in april. But guess what? We received another bill from them after 3 months when we cancelled the service. When we called them to correct it, They said they had provided one more service in may (After we cancelled? ) So we have to pay them. But, We are not paying them for the services that are not even rendered. How they can service and send the bill if we already cancelled their services?

Mr. *** contacted our office on 3/28/17 and spoke with *** our office service manager. He requested that we change the frequency of his service from monthly at $36.00 per month to bi-monthly (every other month) at $75.00. Mr. agreed to change the frequency of the service. We then serviced him on 5/9/2017 and he called in on 5/16/17 to cancel the service after he received it. Mrs. called in on 8/22/17 to start the service back up again. We told her the past due balance needed to be paid $75.00 in order to resume the service. She wanted to know who switched the service to begin with and why they cancelled. We explained that her husband did that. Her husband called in on 10/5/17 upset with us claiming he did not owe anything. We are willing to re-instate there services if they pay the past due balance of $75.00.Thank you,*** President

I am rejecting this response because: This is not how it happened. I called them on 03/28/17 because they raise our bill from $36.00/mo to $75.00/mo. We was surprised and called them to know why, they (Man, don't know the name) said this is our new price and I have to pay this. I told them that either keep the same price that we are paying before or cancel our service. I paid their last bill (For March, 2017 service) on 04/03/17 for $36.00 and we was all even. In August I told my wife to look for another company in fresno so we can start our service again. She was calling few companies from search list to get their prices and she accidently call them also (Not knowing it's the same company that we canceled our service in march). Lady in there office told my wife that we owe them $75.00. My wife was confused and surprised and me too when she explained everything to me. Then we start getting bills from them for $75.00 in september, 2017. (After 5-6 months since we canceled the service) When we got the 2nd bill from them in October, 2017, Then I called them very politely on 10/05/17 to correct them on their billing and explained again that we had paid our last bill in April,03,2017. But the lady in the office was very rude and told me that " YOU HAVE TO PAY US $75.00 OR WE KNOW HOW TO COLLECT IT" then she hang up on me. Now On October 11th my wife received a call from collection agency threatening her to pay $108.00 balance from Tamarack Pest Control. I want to make it very clear that we don't owe them anything and we will not pay them anything and we don't need their services either. They need to fix their billing.

The client clearly does not understand what he requested from us. We don't change a customer service frequency unless they request it. The charge did not go from $36.00 a month to $75.00 a month. It went from $36.00 a month to $75.00 every other month. This is actually a savings of $3 every other month or $12 dollars a year. They changed how often they wanted service which changed the amount they pay. The customer story continues to evolve based on our facts. Please pay your bill.Thank you
