Koskey Tree Care was to remove 70' Poplar trees cut stumps to ground level Haul all brush and unwanted wood complete clean up I paid him $ He started the job and called to tell me it was too windy and he would finish it next week He never came back I have called him, text him, and tried taking him to small claims He has moved to a new address: [redacted] In the process of starting the trees he damaged one of my other trees and said he would replace it That never happened either The other tree cost $so I wanted to get paid for that as well
I contracted with Koskey Tree Service to remove a tree and paid half the money requested Six months later the work was still not done I asked for my money back and have not received it I am going to small claims court
On Feb22nd Mr *** came out with other individual to cut the trees I wanted cutHe did cut of the But due to the weather the trees were ice filled so the one he had to climb he would get another dayHe is paid in fullAnd he has not been backWon't answer calls or text messagesHe is however doing other jobs to make more moneyI have text messages of all the excuses he has given meAll I want is the tree downNot cut upJust laid on the groundPlease help me outI don't wanna hire someone else to do some bodies work that is already paid for
