This company installed my AC unitI just discovered that other companies would have charged me $less for the same thing today...that I paid K&V years ago! Last week had a problem, the guy came out and said I had a leak and told me it was fixed, replaced the Freon and charged me $ Well he didn't fix ANYTHINGall the Freon leaked out and days later I had no airSo my disabled self with kids, called them, and they were going to charge me an after hours feeSo, I got someone I knew to put Freon in (this was not free) until the 4th of July holiday was overI call K&V back after the holiday and a very nice guy came out and fixed the leak on the outside unit and charged me $when my unit has a year warrantyWell, they did say they would deduct $from my bill....well geeeeze thanks!

Last week had a problem, the guy came out and said I had a leak and told me it was fixed, replaced the Freon and charged me $175. Well he didn't fix ANYTHING. all the Freon leaked out and 2 days later I had no air. So my disabled self with 5 kids, called them, and they were going to charge me an after hours fee. So, I got someone I knew to put Freon in (this was not free) until the 4th of July holiday was over. I call K&V back after the holiday and a very nice guy came out and fixed the leak on the outside unit and charged me $525 when my unit has a 10 year warranty. Well, they did say they would deduct $175 from my bill....well geeeeze thanks!
