Hello, ***, We received your letter this morning I am sending a lengthy letter; copies of [redacted] massive e mails; and, the letter that [redacted] and her husband signed....stating that all but a very few of the complaints they listed were false!! They listed things that simply were not trueThe maintenance man addressed a few items that were legit; and, did those repairs immediately after hearing her problems (She had NEVER said anything about problems until about a week ago.) Then...............it wasn't a verbal or written complaint which is what we request of our tenants.................It was a [redacted] listed things that have happened to cause her anguish One of the things she cited was arson This event happy about months before she came to the park; and, it was done by a guest of a resident She also mentioned stabbing (Two brothers had a quarrel over a car.) She also listed drug usage which was surprising to me as they bragged to some of the other tenants that they used to be meth addicts As a general rule: our park is very quiet and, friendly It is unfortunate that we had to have this experience [redacted] has written these very hateful e mails to several of the other tenants; upsetting them as well! I returned her e mail; asking WHY she had to be so vindictive? That all she had to do was ask She would just respond with more letters Finally, I asked her to please just stop She was making my life very stressful!! [redacted] is on a lot of medication Maybe she gets it mixed up, or something I really do not know what makes her act the way she does; but, she has alienated all of the other tenantsThen.....she thought she would be able to find a small gold mine by reporting us, I guess I truthfully feel that she has pulled this kind of thing many times She was so anxious to immediately say that she had pictures of problems, etc., etc She also reported to the Imperial Cnty Inspector's office They sent an inspector miles to come to inspect her"problems" He told our maintenance man that there were a couple of things which the maintenance man told him that he had been planning on continuing work today, to repair.He said a letter would be sent: [redacted] would do the couple of things; they would come back; and, that would be the end of it! [redacted] and her husband have only been here 1/months In that time: they bought a new (used) car; with no money down; some furniture, with no money down (which has been picked up already; and, every day they are getting letters from finance companies My thought is that they are planning to get as much credit as they can; then..scram! I AM ASKING FOR YOUR HELP IN THE RENTALS HERE AT THIS TRAILER PARK, I MOVED INTO ON GOOD FAITH OF A AD (I HAVE A COPY) THEY HAD: A. NICE QUITE AND SAFE PLACE TO LIVE IN, AND CLEAN, NEW REC. ROOM, TWO BEDROOMS ARE 400.00 A MONTH, NOT LIMITED TO THE AD, WAS MORE. B. FOR THE SAFE AND QUITE PLACE, WILL SO FAR IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS THEIR HAS BEEN THEFT, PEOPLE WALKING AROUND IN THIS PARK 24/7, STABBING, ALL KINDS OF DRUGS YOU WILL WANT, ARSON, AND FIND OUT A REG., SEX OFFEREN WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSE TO ME, AND THEIR IS MINOR CHILDREN HERE, NOT SAFE AT ALL, NOT QUITE, AS A RESULT HAS BEEN MUCH OF FEAR, DISTRESS, SLEEPLESS NITES, HEADACKS, THROWING UP, BREATHING PROBLEMS, AND MORE. FOR THE NEW REC. ROOM THEIR ARE ROACHS, SPIDERS, FOUL SMELL, A GUY IN THEIR ALL TIME IS TAKING PEOPLES PITCHERS OF ALL THE MOVES, RECORDING THINGS ON HIS SMART PHONE, ( TO ME THAT IS NOT SAFE ) PLUS A SIGN NO DOGS OR CATS ARE ALLOWED YET HIS DOG IS ALLOWED, ALSO DRINKING ALL TIME IN REC. ROOM I FEEL UNSAFE TO US IT). 2. I AM POOR AND SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LIVE THIS WAY, CONTIONS OF THE TRAILER I AM RENTING IS MOLD, ROACHES, CELLING FALLING, LEAKS, VERY BIG OPENINGS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, BARE WIRES SHOWING, A SCEW FOR MY DOOR LOCK ON FRONT DOOR, HOT WATER HEATER HALF GONE, NOT WIRED RIGHT, MOLDED, A ICE BOX SETTING ON THE HIGHEST CONTROL YET WILL NOT KEEP IT VERY COLD, MUCH MORE I COULD GO ON WITH THE LIST, ( HAVE PITCHERS OF ALL OF IT). 3.
