I am very disappointed in this company. It is the first and last time I fly on this airline. I called to simply change my departure date. The website was very confusing and I chose the wrong date by accident. I intended to leave November [redacted], which when I checked online is the same exact price I paid for the day on the boarding pass (Nov **). The first representative hung up on me and then the second one said they can change it, but I would be charged a 79 dollar fee. For something so simple I feel that a one time exception should have been considered, seeing as how it was an honest mistake. I herd good things about this company, but the experience so far has been less the pleasing. Like I said I will no longer be flying Tame.

Poor customer service, they take long to assist, customer service lies on you booking big time and nobody takes reasonability on company's mistake. I would not recommend this company at all - 01/16/2018

Review: Flight 0551 was supposed to depart from JFK Airport at 9:50am on 11/**/2014 but was delayed by over 20 hours. The airline over booked multiple flights and couldn't accommodate anyone to flight out on the same date. TAME sent all the passengers to a nearby hotel because because three more flights for TAME were coming. TAME needed space in the terminal to check in more and new passengers for same delayed flight. Communication from TAME employees was not clear regarding the delay and after a six hour delay, they announced that flights for the day were canceled and we had to go back to the hotel. TAME refused to assist me booking flights with other airlines nor even refund the price of the tickets. I approached "[redacted] to discuss my options. I asked her to give me my three luggage bags back so I can take another flight with another airline and she told me to follow her to get my bags but instead she got me out of the gate so I would not be there asking for my bags. The [redacted] simply refused to return my bags making it impossible for me to book a flight with another airline. I asked a flight attendant name "[redacted]" to help me get my bags and he took a picture of my bag receipts with his iphone. He told me to go home and call "[redacted]' at ###-###-#### on 11/**/14 after 10am because he could get my bags out of customs. I did not trust the information [redacted] gave me therefore I went back to TAME's gate again in hopes I can speak to the [redacted] but I ended staying there waiting all night until the next day without knowing if we could get on a flight or get my bags. There is no 1-800 number for TAME, there is only a ###-###-#### difficult to get anyone on the phone. I lost my flight and I have a video that shows the way TAME handle this matter, upsetting many senior citizens, families and myself.

I opened a claim before in the Revdex.com # [redacted] and TAME credited me $556.80 on 12/**/14 and after case was closed with Revdex.com TAME DEBIT my credit card again (without my authorization) on 01/**/15 TAME does not have any right to take money from my credit card.

Review: I bought this passage Oct. ** and two days after they had charged me and did not send confirmation. So I Called TAME to know what had happened and said the passage was canceled and would not charge me anything. So I bought another passage from another company. Three days after they charged the values of $ 475.60 and $ 14.27 on my debit card. Now my ticket was canceled and said they will not return the money because the rate does not allow the passage. I just want my money back because I will not pay for something I will not use. The company is very bad communication.
