I will update you after tomorrow since that is the deadlineI am under the impression that Paypal will make sure I am refunded but am hoping you guys at the Revdex.com can give her a permanent mark so others know she blatantly steals your money and does not provide the goods promisedAs I said I just wanted to keep you in the loop

This is a complaint from an unhappy customer that will not let a bad transaction go We have already refunded this customer and would be happy to show proof of this refund We are not a scam artist or a thief We are a ligament family owned business and therefore sometimes family
tragedy does come up I am ashamed that this customer would have the disgrace to insinuate that we would be using death as an excuse not to get our customers their products There are many happy customers with our business, who will verify that we are a genuine business and work well with our customers

This email is from Paypal and shows that Just Sew Southern never would refund my money for the purchase so Paypal had to do it for themAccording the records in the case Just Sew Southern also never responded to them at all.

Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be postedIf you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the sellerIf the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges

On hold- they did tell me that the email I forwarded to you stated that they had to "recover" the money- she said if the seller voluntarily refunded it then it would state that Just Sew Southern refunded the money. I have attached a copy of the transaction history and I have marked a star beside where it is notated that Paypal reversed the transaction and refunded my money- if Just Sew Southern had refunded it then it would say refunded.
All that email stated from PayPal was that the dispute was closed because they received the $80.00 from us. This customer is trying to insinuate that we did something shady, when in fact we did what she asked. Refunded her the money.
