I started going to Tami last year. It started out with her doing my lashes and now she is doing my nails. She does a excellent job and she makes me feel comfortable every time. Great work!
Tami has an excellent business and is exceptional at doing lashes.
It has been easy to contact Tami in regards to setting up appointments and
she replies to all messages very promptly.
I have recently started going to Tami's Nail and Lash bar in September and all
my appointments have went very professionally and she makes me fell very
comfortable in her establishment.
What a blessing to spend time with Tami, not only for my beautiful French ombré manicure but an uplift to my spirit. Joyful moments serious ones and fun ones, all of them very beneficial. Everything you need ..... an all round pick me up.
It needs to be experienced.
A scheduled appointment was not fulfilled due to sudden outburst of anger by owner.
On April 18, 2018, I arrived at this business for a 5 PM appointment I had booked three weeks prior. The service I intended on receiving was an eyelash fill at a cost of $35. This was my second appointment. The first (March 28) was for my initial eyelash application at a cost of $55. After that appointments are made regularly to maintain the lashes appearance. I was greeted at the door by the owner. She was extremely angry. She claimed she had been constantly calling me on my cellphone and work phone. However I do not have a work phone and my cell phone showed no missed calls. This was very disturbing to me because she was incredibly agitated. I began to show her my missed calls to prove that I was being truthful. That seemed to upset her to the point where she began to yell at me while still standing in the doorway of her home. She loudly informed me that she would not being performing my service today because I did not recommend her to my friends. I calmly told Tami I was extremely uncomfortable and I was leaving. As I walked to my vehicle she continued to holler obscenities at me on the suburban street. When booking my first appointment I gave Tami a $20 security deposit. As I made my follow up appointment I offered her another $20 deposit. She refused my offer and said she trusts me to show up. There was no reason to assume I was not showing up. There was absolutely no reason for verbal harassment.
I believe I am entitled to a refund of $55 due to the nature of the service requiring fills every 2 to 4 weeks. I was refused the maintenance to my lashes I required thus making my initial appointment useless. To fix this I will need to pay a different salon the initial application fee. I will be spending more money than I would if Tami's Lash & Nail Bar had honoured my appointment. I was simply a paying customer showing up for a scheduled appointment. The owner of the business chose not to provide me with the service.
