I am rejecting this response because:the lien company never reached out to me by phone or mailMy address was correct with DMV because my address hasn’t changed in over years and the vehicle was registered in my name and to my addressI have no clue where they got that incorrect city or zip code from

We do not contact owners regarding the vehicles.  The lien company mails letters to anyone that the vehicle was registered to per the DMV records. If the address it was mailed to was not correct, then the registration for the vehicle was not correct at the DMV. You will need to contact the collection agency to see what options they have for you to remove it from your credit report.

There is not enough information on this for us to research this specific vehicle. First of all you guys have the completely wrong mailing address. It’s [redacted]. I have no idea what the cars information is now. The accident was 4 years ago. I was never sent any mail from the police or the tow company so I have no idea how they have tried to reach out to me at all before sending this to collections.
