Waste of time and money
After 2 pulls on my credit report, $500.00 for appraisal and 95 days then they stopped any correspondence. My wife and I sent every document in to them imeadiatly upon request. I have know idea what is going on. It has drug out so long there has been a $4000.00 increase on modular. In the meantime I had takin the property off the market to build on it instead of selling. Its now September and not the best time to sell. If you want to get a morgage get things in order and use a local bank or a purchase of exsisting home use Rocket or Quickin loans. Dont waste your time with Tammac as they seem less then professional.

Trying to secure a loan for a Mobile Home
I have dealt with such unprofessional people at this company. When I originally spoke to one of the girls she told me exactly what to send. I sent everything requested back in June. At the end of July I was sent a letter from another girl along with my documents saying that the documents sent were not up to date. The had waited 3 weeks nothing not a word! Then they wanted all new documents I sen them certified Mail to ensure that they had them. They lied to Remax told them they did not have the documents when the Post office shown that they signed for them. Crappy customer service, no one know what they are doing and they just leave your file to rot on someones desk. I told Remax NEVER to recommend them to ANYONE EVER!

CLAMES DID NOT GET MORGAGE PAYMENT LAST ONE ON MORGAGAE GOT THE INPRESSON THAT THEY DID NOT BELIEVE WE SENT THE LAST PAYMENT BECAUSE THERE SYSTEM DID SHOW IT EVEN THOW WE HAVE COPYS OF THE CHECKS FOR THE LAST TO MOUNTHS

We took out a mortgage on our mobile home with Tammac in November We paid it off in full in June 2006, after selling another piece of property Tammac never released the title to the home When we went to sell the home in we realized we did not have the title When we went to a notary to file for a duplicate title we learned that according to the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles Tammac still held a lien on the home When we called Tammac they claimed we never had an account with them After a week of disputing with them and showing our receipts they finally admitted their error We did get a letter of release of lien but never did receive the original title Consequently we were forced to obtain a duplicate title from the State at a fee of $ Tammac is irresponsible in our opinion

We have had a mortgage with Tammac for over years, they have
been more than helpful and completely cooperative with us in every
way Their employees are respectful and the company is willing to
work thru any issues to keep your in good standing with your mortgage

Tammac Holdings Corporation and I signed a purchase agreement on 5-31-for land and trailerI paid the down payment that was requested at that timeThe representative for the company that is handling the deal is Ms.Jill M***The company hasn't produced a deed for the property and is engaging in foot dragging behaviorSuch as their office experienced severe weather and the file containing the information to the property was destroyedThey need an appraisal after signing a purchase agreement and accepting my down paymentThe manager at the *** *** Bank *** *** *** has contacted their representative and her boss MrJames M*** repeatedly as have I for months to close on this propertyI feel these tactics are unprofessional and if there were obstacles on their end they should have been forthcoming before taking my money

This company forced insurance on my mortgage, even though I provided via fax several times, proof that I had paid my own mortgage insurance up to dateThey refused to take it off of 'other fees owed' when I requested my payoff balanceI also have had horrible experiences with Jason in the collections department when I needed helpHe was extremely unprofessional and made me feel horrible about the hard times I was going through at the timeI prefer to work with Susan only even though Jason is the manager

Celestial Hands is by far the best massage therapist in the business After one session, MY PAIN WAS GONEI Have been seeing her for 5+ years, and not once has she canceled She above any Chiro or other doctor has helped me the most

I took early retirement to help take care of my wife who has sever back issuesMy social security check doesn't come until the 4th Wednesday of every monthI called times before I could get a response & then was told they can't change my payment date due to they made an adjustment to our loan( approximately years ago )
I'm not asking to change how much I pay I'm just asking to change the date so I'm not late & have to pay late charges

Review: By pure coincidence I found out that my mortgage co. TammacCorp. had said I had late payments back in 3/2012. When all the aggravation and having to prove I was right and they had made the mistake I go and find out over a year later that the problem was never fixed. My credit was great and now it is damaged. I had gone for two mortgages at two different times and because the errors were never fixed the bank and the credit union I was trying to borrow from, kept running credit reports. Now they have finally fixed the initial error, but now I am refused credit due to too many credit checks. They say they can't do anything further. I had to deal with a very arrogant man, [redacted], who was not very sympathetic or very nice. I actually left another e-mail showing them the [redacted] report and they don't even want to deal with me anymore. My husband and I were the innocent victims in this situation and they don't care. I just want a complaint put in for other victims along the way!Desired Settlement: I want my credit restored to the way it was before they screwed up. They did fix late payments but now I have new problem and that is getting a credit card. In 27 years of marriage and even when unemployed, when I applied for any credit card I got it and now since all this I was refused to cards in last month. That's what I want fixed.

Review: I called Tammac because I received a notice that they were force placing an insurance policy on my mortgage. This, despite the fact that my insurance policy is up to date. I was transferred to [redacted] in the insurance department. She told me she sent a letter in Aug 2012 about the forced policy and then placed the forced policy on my mortgage on Sept 11, 2012. I told her I had since faxed a copy of my insurance policy. She told me she didn't receive it. I asked if I could email the policy, so I could have record that it was sent. She said no. I asked why, and she said there is no reason, just no. I asked to speak to a manager, she said no, there are no managers. I asked if she ran the company, she said no but she wasn't going to get anyone else on the phone to assist me. She was extremely rude, telling me I never sent in the paperwork. I asked her why was I getting a new letter that insurance was being forced on me, she said she didn't know, their records indicate I'm up to date until Aug 2014. I asked who I could speak with about the letter that was sent to me, she said no one, she ran insurance team...but should didn't know why I was getting a new letter demanding insurance, when in fact I have insurance.Desired Settlement: An explanation, in writing as to why email is not accpetable form of communication and an exact reason why I received a letter last week telling me an insurance policy was going to be forced on my mortgage.

Review: My mortgage was overdue in august of 2012. I made arrangements to send in refinancing paperwork. After that, I tried to get in touch with the manager [redacted]) to seewhat the results were. I left messages, sent emails, never heard anything back. They never sent any notices, mail or email. I finally get ahold of him today and he yeyells at me, not being professional at all. Lies to me and says he never receives any calls or emails ... Now he's trying to charge us a years interests rates on top of what we owe, after he made no attempt to contact me at all. Its a mortgage company, they should have my address.Desired Settlement: Do not charge me the extra interest when you made no attempt to contact me.

Tammac's collection department was unable to reach [redacted] and her coborrower to discuss the possibilities available to them until [redacted] contacted [redacted] yesterday afternoon requesting assistance in obtaining a new loan to purchase an automobile. Tammac is unable to offer [redacted] any assistance at this time. Interest accrues daily on [redacted]'s loan and will continue to accrue until such time as it is paid in full.
