Review: I signed a 6 month lease and paid a deposit.I paid my rent on time and gave a 30 day written notice that I was moving.I moved out on time and left the place cleaner than I received it in.7 weeks after I moved out and they will not give me my deposit back. I am being told they arenot writing checks for return of deposits right now. This is just unfair to hold my 550.00deposit. It hurts because I need my money. When I told the off sight manger I would file a small claim suit he told me do what you have to. If this is their normal practice I just do notunderstand how they can do this to people.It is unfair.Desired Settlement: The tammany mobile home park needs to refund my renters deposit.
