Review: Over the past 3 years, this company has flushed the water pipes of our business once every two to three months. This causes low water pressure in our restrooms which does not allow the toilets to be flushed for an entire day. There is clearly an infrastructure issue with the pipes that needs to be addressed, but this entity is too cheap to correct the actual problem. Instead customers are forced to endure prolonged periods with no water. These periods of no water are in a range of days, which makes it difficult to plan as we are unaware of the actual date of the outage until it happens (until someone tries to flush or use the sink and cannot). We are a place of business, and this level of service is unacceptable as our staff are forced to not use the restroom, use it and allow accumulation of fluids, etc., forgo fluid intake to delay bathroom breaks, or drive to another business in order to use the restroom. The lack of water also prevents employees from washing their hands which leads to the overall spread of germs and illnesses. The ongoing flushing of pipes causes an undue hardship to my business and a health risk that we as paying customers should not have to endure. This level of service is simply unacceptable in today's environment!!!Desired Settlement: Correct the issue with the pipes (instead of inputting a temporary fix) in order to drastically decrease or eliminate the flushing of pipes.

Review: I am a customer with Tammany Utilities West. Within a years period my water has been turned off three (3) times by mistake, without explanation. When I call the company the next day a customer service rep will and would not give me an explanation. this has not only happen to me, but several residents here where I live, which is a 55 and older community. waiting for what I need to do next.Desired Settlement: a month credit of my water bill.
