The venue cancelled the event two days before the showThe staff at TMMP emailed the bands that the club was cancelling all shows for the entire weekend due to a buy out during Texas Relays We received a call on Saturday night that the band showed up anyway and they were upset stating they
were not informedThey were told multiple times that we would research the matter and get back to them upon finding out what had happenedThe employee was sure she had sent the email. First thing Monday morning we discovered that she inadvertently left off his email address so we contacted them and apologized for her mistake and offered to give them multiple shows to make up for the human errorAlso offering to waive commissions for the new shows.the policy agreement they signed states in no area that a band would be paid in the event of a cancelation. This particular band feedback has been negative from the very first show we booked them at and none if the clubs have wanted them back yet we continued to try to give them more opportunities to show good faith. This is complaint is ridiculous in it's attempt to give us a bad name when we handle over live shows per week and have not had a complaint in years of business. We will still be willing to give them shows if they wantAgain we apologized for the mistake

In a desire just to end this ridiculous dispute and stop Jeremy from further trying to damage our reputation we will simply pay his band and hope to never have to ever hear from him again. Upon receipt of pmt we ask only that Jeremy stop slandering us with his version of this unfortunate event. We work 7 days a week 365 days a year and have no time for him or his rants . We prefer not rebooking him since we only received complaints about his band at each show. The last one stated he can't hold a tune. Again TMMP is sorry for the confusion that occurred march 28. We are human and make mistakes. He's overbearing and obnoxious that is why he was hung up on . No one wants to hear the same thing over and over again when they have stated many times they will look I to the matter and find out what happened .ps TMMP has been registered with Revdex.com for YEARS.

Revdex.com:I only partially accept this resolution. While I appreciate receiving our owed amount ($270), the business owner was still highly misleading and dishonest in her account of the event. She never addressed the swearing or aggressive nature of her actions. Additionally, she continued to contact me outside of the Revdex.com via text messages that include such unprofessional and desperate remarks, such as "I don't know how you sleep at night," as well as irrelevant, unnecessary personal information. I will be happy to provide screenshots of those messages for reference, should they be needed. For some reason, the business owner continues to say I'm "slandering" the business via a complaint to the Revdex.com. Either she doesn't know how the Revdex.com works, which is likely given her efforts to contact me outside of the Revdex.com despite my requests to keep it within the Revdex.com, or she doesn't understand the word "slander." TMMP acted immaturely, attaching a note to the payment to "never speak of or to us again," in an effort to somehow silence a client's right to a just settlement of disputes. Should another dispute occur, or should we in any way be privy to additional mismanaged affairs or potentially unlawful conduct, we will absolutely speak of it.
