Tammy the Tarotist Reviews (2)

This letter is in response to a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com about my business, Tammy the Tarotist, on 3/29/by [redacted] On 01/09/ [redacted] came to my place of business seeking a life coach and tarot reader When she arrived we spoke at length about the life coaching sessions I offered and how they worked I explained how I used the tarot cards as a tool to help assess her current life path and situation and how each session came with a workbook and assignments Mrs [redacted] then spoke at length about her personal life, relationships, and problems She appeared to be very angry, unhappy, and unstable She stated that she was seeking life coaching with me because her husband and her children thought she was mentally ill and were telling her she was "psychotic" and "crazy" They had wanted her to seek therapy or help of some kind So, she decided she would do this instead Due to Mrs [redacted] 's situation and obvious mental instability, I was not convinced that life coaching was the answer for her so I decided to change my procedure and instead of offering the full package of sessions for $450.00, I would instead offer her the first three sessions individually at a discounted rate of $ Then if she wanted to continue after the third session and I felt it would be productive and effective, I would do the another sessions for only $ So I gave her a $discount, allowed her to make payments (which I never do), and gave her a full tarot reading (which is normally an additional $charge) Since mine is a service, I offer no refunds and it is stated clearly in the disclosure form Mrs [redacted] signed Mrs [redacted] never returned my calls or texts and failed to provide me with the session work assignments as required When I contacted Mrs [redacted] , she was overdue on her sessions, assignments, and her final payment by nearly a month Then on March 27th, I sent my regular monthly invoices out and made my regular overdue bill calls and texts This is when I contacted Mrs [redacted] for payment I simply got a text saying "I want a refund" When I asked her what was going on, she did not reply I didn't hear from her again until 4/when she texted me and asked me what her fortune looked like and stated she seen my house was for sale In short, I provided my services to Mrs [redacted] and spent over hours working with her and on her file My hourly rate is $125.00!! I don't owe Mrs [redacted] anything but a referral to a good therapist perhaps Thank you Tammy [redacted] Tammy the Tarotist

This letter is in response to a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com about my business, Tammy the Tarotist, on 3/29/2017 by [redacted].     On 01/09/2017 [redacted] came to my place of business seeking a life coach and tarot reader.  When she arrived we spoke at length about...

the life coaching sessions I offered and how they worked.  I explained how I used the tarot cards as a tool to help assess her current life path and situation and how each session came with a workbook and assignments.  Mrs. [redacted] then spoke at length about her personal life, relationships, and problems.  She appeared to be very angry, unhappy, and unstable.  She stated that she was seeking life coaching with me because her husband and her children thought she was mentally ill and were telling her she was "psychotic" and "crazy".  They had wanted her to seek therapy or help of some kind.  So, she decided she would do this instead.  Due to Mrs. [redacted]'s situation and obvious mental instability, I was not convinced that life coaching was the answer for her so I decided to change my normal procedure and instead of offering the full package of 8 sessions for $450.00, I would instead offer her the first three sessions individually at a discounted rate of $150.00.  Then if she wanted to continue after the third session and I felt it would be productive and effective, I would do the another 3 sessions for only $100.00.  So I gave her a $150.00 discount, allowed her to make payments (which I never do), and gave her a full tarot reading (which is normally an additional $50.00 charge).  Since mine is a service, I offer no refunds and it is stated clearly in the disclosure form Mrs. [redacted] signed.  Mrs. [redacted] never returned my calls or texts and failed to provide me with the session work assignments as required.     When I contacted Mrs. [redacted], she was overdue on her sessions, assignments, and her final payment by nearly a month.  Then on March 27th, I sent my regular monthly invoices out and made my regular overdue bill calls and texts.  This is when I contacted Mrs. [redacted] for payment.  I simply got a text saying "I want a refund".   When I asked her what was going on, she did not reply.  I didn't hear from her again until 4/29 when she texted me and asked me what her fortune looked like and stated she seen my house was for sale.  In short, I provided my services to Mrs. [redacted] and spent over 8 hours working with her and on her file.  My hourly rate is $125.00!!  I don't owe Mrs. [redacted] anything but a referral to a good therapist perhaps.   Thank you   Tammy [redacted] Tammy the Tarotist
