DryTech is one of the BEST companies ive had the pleasure working with for the past month and a halfI had water damage done to my home and DryTech was at my home the same day and they even moved ALL my household items and very neatly and organized tooI swear I was the most nervous and scared person when this happened to my homeMy home getting flooded Was my first and hopefully my last experience and if it wasnt for Drytech and MrEduard [redacted] , I dont know WHAT I wouldve doneOverall, Drytech is very FAST, reliable and beyond professionalTHANKS DRYTECH!

I am happy to report a very positive experience with Dry Tech They exceeded my expectations by working on Labor Day, arriving on time, and time used efficiently by knowledgeable and polite employees

We had damage caused by water heater leakingThey responded quickly, used a meter to locate moisture in the walls whuch could not be seenThey tore out affected area, cleaned up and left equipment to dry the areaThey have the latest equipment were careful not to ditrty my floor in the house and were professionalOur insurance adjuster was satisfied with their work as well

I had water damage on my walls and ceilingDytech came in within a couple of hours and went to work! They were professional, nice and respectful! Thank you!!

Absolute found it in the kindness of their heart to repair my home because "they verbally assured me that my home claim would be covered and I wouldn't be troubled" When they heard that my claim was denied they stuck to their word, which is un-heard of and decided as well as SURPRISED ME with the good news of repairing my home AT NO COST TO ME The truth is, I could have taken the blessing, said thank you and shut my doorBUT I DID NOT!!! That is when I decided that I HAD TO at least try and get them compensated I worked tirelessly along side Eddy to get payment to those who worked on our home because I felt that was only right

Waking up at 5:a.m., to the sound of a sprinkler system when you have desert scape
I went downstairs immediately to see what the sound actually was, only to discover the back of my refrigerator (water line) was essentially watering my kitchen It was a nightmare (laminate flooring), I'm frantic gathering towels and items to try to quickly dry up vast puddles running from kitchen through my great room and into the formal dining room on the opposite side of the wall of my fridge I googled for help, and at that hour and was relieved to find Dry Tech which advertised 24/assistance I called them and within an hour help was on the way!
They really helped calm me down with their rapid response, equipment, reassurance, and expertise
Always quick to respond if I had any questions or needed additional assistance, my primary contacts (Sam and Florentina) were absolutely phenomenal

Everyone I have been in contact with has been wonderful! After having such a disaster happen, these guys made it pleasant to overcome the work that needed to be done Excellent customer service!!
