Cockroaches in room, bed bugs, picture of rooms on Facebook and website are not accurate to what the actual room is. Mold on ceilings. Leary neighborhood, people using drugs in hallways. Unacceptable.
Requested refund for the entire trip, only gave us nights we didn't stay, wont get money back for 7-10 days which hurt our vacation because I was out $600 for original stay, and had to book a new hotel on top of that. Left us with no money to spend on our vacation.
Refund Would like refund for entire stay and not just the days we didn't stay there. ASAP.

The business stated that the consumer chose to check out of her room early, which they allowed, and was refunded her money on 3/26/20 at 7:34pm A total of $499.04 was refunded to her debit card, which is how the payment was made. It is not automatically placed back on her card, as the financial institution she is with takes their required time to process the refund. The hotel has no control over that.
The consumer was charged for the time she chose to stay at the hotel as services were rendered. That will not be refunded.
The hotel room she stayed in was thoroughly inspected after she checked out and there were no issues found. They have had health inspectors out to the business and have passed.
