I was supposed to have a new roof put on by this company, while the shingles were new, they did not replace the decking, I still have weak spots in my roof, they also did not install the ridge vent to the length ot was supposed to be as well as did not install the ridge vent correctly, I have a rather large spot where my roof sags now, I have many areas where nails are exposedJeff said they would fix the ridge vent, after numerous phone calls and emails its been over a month and I have not heard a wordSo I decided to have a different company come out to inspect the roof to see if it could all be fixed, unfortunately they told me I'll need a whole new roof put on! So now I have to have more companies come out for an inspection to see what they say, it looks like I'll have to take legal action

So now I have to have 2 more companies come out for an inspection to see what they say, it looks like I'll have to take legal action.
