HA 'This business is not Revdex.com accredited' why is that? Maybe because they royally love to screw over their tenants? And ***, they're not my landlord I never knew who was nor spoke to any landlord in 1/years
I surely wish I could attach some pictures of this DUMP I'm supposed to call home After calling Code Enforcement & reporting them to the State, I get a Notice of Non-Renewal when I've paid on time every month I've lived here?
I would NEVER use this company, for a rental is bad enough; owners, DON'T do business with them where they 'handle' your money They can't even answer the phone or email
I don't normally give poor reviews unless it's really deserved but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I madeI signed up with Jimmy at TBRS trying to find a nice family to rent my property in FloridaI live in Vermont and trying to manage a property without a management company led to many years of bad tenantsJimmy assured me he would take care of me and find me quality tenantsEverytime there was an issue and I had to pay for something, I had to chase them down for an invoiceVery rarely did anyone return my emails, getting in touch with someone was a jokeAfter months and months of frustration, the tenants that they placed in my home moved out and I decided not to work with TBRS anymoreCome to find out the tenants left over $worth of damages, they destroyed my homeThe carpets were urine soaked and stained, the walls had holes and needed complete repair and repaintingAfter all of the big talk Jimmy gave me, I didn't even receive an apology or any sort of acknowledgement that they cared at allI thought I could at least get some repairs done with the security deposit but the check was $shortPlease DO NOT do business with TBRS, there is not enough room to write about all of the issues I have had with them and I really don't want anyone else to go through what I've gone through
This company has consistently been inaccurate with there accounting, there follow through and followup are almost non existent, and to get a phone call back is an act of congressThey have cost me more time and money due to mistakes and the time that it takes to follow up on there lack of executionOver the last months they have, on multiple times paid me the wrong rental income, and have currently been waiting on a check that is weeks over dueI couldn't be more unhappy with this organization
