TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently had a lift where a rear cable had snapped for an unknown reason and contacted Chuck, as he did the initial installUpon doing so, I found that based on the time that had passed the company that built the lifts they installed at the time would not cover anything! Chuck wrote up an estimate of what the repairs would cost $1700, and rightfully so, as there was significant damage done, bunks snapped in half, dock damged etcI asked Chuck if he could shave anything off the quoteWhat happened next, blew me away, I received an email from Chuck indicating that he was going to cover the cost of the entire repair in spite of the manufacturerIn my opinion that goes well above the call of duty, and for that they have a customer for life and a raving fan! Nevermind the fact that they completed the work the next day and had my lift key sitting in my mailbox when I returned home!
