I do not normally start a conversation or a response this way, but this customer is blatantly lyingWe have tried to assist ***, several times in the past and currentlyHe does not contact us directlyHe will contact the manufacturer ***, leave messages to ***, the representative for *** stating that we do not respondWe have tried calling, leaving voicemails, emails, no responseWe cannot assist anyone if they do not call our office directly, or return our calls, or emailsIf the customer would like assistance we are more than happy to helpIt is a way street thoughGoing to Revdex.com and trying to blast our company, is not the way to handle itReturning our calls, emails, might be a better way to start to get an issue resolved, rather than lying

[redacted] purchased a Lexis Light mobility scooter from our facility on May 5, From that time, we have not received any calls, voice mail, emails, nothing [redacted] has a month warranty on the batteryIf they have an issue with the battery, they may contact our office at the toll free number from am-pm easternAny one of our representatives, would have told them, that we will replace the battery as part of the warrantyWe will provide a return shipping label, and once it is in transit, we will ship the replacementIf you should have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office

Our company has strong return policies for a reasonUnfortunately, if we made exceptions for every customer, we would not be in businessWe have no way to know if the customer has used the battery or notThe battery was purchased in June, and per his response on this complaint they have never
taken the battery out of the boxIf the battery has been sitting for more than a month, chances are the battery is no goodBatteries need to be used and chargedA battery just sitting will lose its "juice" and if not recharged in a suitable time frame is useless to anyone

Mr*** purchased an EW-scooter from our company via internetWhen placing the order he agreed to our terms and conditionsWhile we never want to see our customers hurt on any of our products, purchasing any of our units and operating them, is at the consumers discretionWe provide a owners
manual and hope that the customer would read the instruction manual before operating heavy machineryWhile we will service the unit, if it is defective, we cannot do anything if the product was damaged by Mr***The distributor who ships the units for our company, will not return a damaged productIf the distributor decides to return the unit, all damaged will be assessed and deducted from the customer's refund, along with the return policy deductions

stating that we do not respond. We have tried calling, leaving voicemails, emails, no response. We cannot assist anyone if they do not call our office directly, or return our calls, or emails. If the customer would like assistance we are more than happy to help. It is a 2 way street though.. Going to Revdex.com and trying to blast our company, is not the way to handle it. Returning our calls, emails, might be a better way to start to get an issue resolved, rather than lying.
