The provider took my deposit for $(my check was cashed pronto!) then failed to show up as scheduled to do work--not once, not twice, but on *three* separate occasions, without calling or emailing me to explain why they no-showedProvider then said they would refund my deposit but repeatedly failed to do so, and simultaneously stopped answering their phone or responding to emailsIt took me a month of hassle to get them to refund my depositAdding insult to injury, they deducted a ma"cancellation fee" of $from my refund although at no point was any mention made to me that cancellation involved a feeBuyer beware!!
