I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have tried calling accent maids almost every day since this happened and they say no one can help me but Cheryl, yet she is always out of the office or "sick." I fully described the state of the apartment to her over the phone before they came and even used the word "disgusting" and she quite literally said "it would be no problem.". If it was truly "too big of a job" then why did they even try to start cleaning it in the first place? Why didn't they call me the second they came into the apartment, instead of just taking my money and leaving? I have been stuck cleaning the apartment myself now and I made a much bigger difference in it after a few hours of work myself. I shouldn't have to sweep and mop a floor that was supposedly already cleaned by professionals. I would expect more from a professional cleaning business. I am appalled that they would do this to a customer and make no attempts at answering their calls or returning their messages. This business seems like a scam that takes advantage of their customers, they do not seem remotely professional.Regards
