also enclosed a photo of the machine in question.Machine # ** cost $2.50 (10 quarters) to start and [redacted] is claiming the machine did not registered 3 of the coins he deposited into the machine which is $0.75 not the $10.00 he claimed. Upon inspection of the machine, I found no problem with the machine itself. It has been in service before and after [redacted]'s usage. I suspect [redacted] might have deposited the 3 coins in the wrong slot on the bottom which is a coin return slot and will not register the digital Counter, because I did find Some Coins behind the Coin return slot inside the machine in which my employee does not have access to.We have been in business for over 14 years and have always strive to treat our customers with utmost respect. Our store policy is to immediately refund Customers if there is an apparent problem with the machine. I have also address the problem of customer service with all of my employees. I have reminded them that customer service is our top priority.I have reached out to [redacted] via telephone and apologized to him personally and is willing to offer him a free wash and dry the next time he visits our establishment. I am willing to personally meet [redacted] and apologize to him in person as I am not alway there.I would kindly ask [redacted] to give us another chance to earn his business.
