In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted] , our Car Wash did not scratch the top of the roof of her carWe have been in buisness for over years and if our equipment “scratched” the top of her roof, we would NOT still be in businessOur equipment is all brushless and has nothing that could do such damage to her carWe feel that she scratched it somewhere else without her knowing or knew of the scratch before she came into our businessWhen she called initially, we told her to come in so we can take a look at the scratch and see if we can do anything for herShe brought the car in the next day and when we looked at it, it was very deep and could not have been done at our businessAs you can see from the picture, the depth of the scratch is very deep and it could not have been done accidentally We knew that even if we tried to buff it out, it would not do anythingShe also claimed that our employees scratched the roof with the microfiber towels we usedWhen we checked our surveillance videos, the employees did not even touch the roof because it was already dry from the air dryerWe tried to explain this to her but she was unwilling to listen to what we had to say and rude.As I stated above, our equipment could not have done damage to this car, otherwise then it would have done the same damage to every car that came into our businessWe will not issue a refund or pay for the damages to her car because it did not occur hereThank you
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never said that a "towel" scratched my car. I dont know how it was scratched, but it definitely was done in the car wash. I just purchased the car less slightly over a week at the time of the the service. Again, they could've tried to do something. Its not completely unlikely that something like this could possibly happen to.a vehicle. In fact it would be completely unbelievable to say you have NEVER caused any damage to a car.Again, they were very rude and unsympathetic, which is bad customer service. As I said, and I will standy by my claim: somehow, my car was scratched in the process of the car wash. Whether was done in the wash, or by the individuals hamdling my car. Regards, [redacted]
