I am rejecting this response because:if they only heard from me last week the how did they have my new credit card information on fle for the past year I gave the tanning reception my card to pay the past due fee which she NEVER deducted rather than deduct she added my new credit card info and they proceeded to bill me there afterI'm confused as to why they are acting oblivious to the past due charges when I gave them authorization to withdrawal the amount past dueI have records of the old card they used on my bank statement as proof that a new card was put on file clearly showing I made contact with an associate

Firstly, the fungus that the customer is talking about, tinea versicolor, is a common skin fungus that sometimes lives on healthy skin undetected, and is brought out by oily skin, sweating, heat, hormonal changes, or a weakened immune system. describes the customer. According to [redacted], an internet health website, IT IS NOT CONTAGEOUS. Secondly, even if it was contagious, we are diligent about cleaning our beds. The surfaces which touch the body are completely and copiously cleaned with a disinfectant each and every time between tans. Thirdly, we have never had anyone complain about contracting this fungus from our salon. This assertion by the customer is completely unfounded, has no basis in fact, and, in short, is bogus. The customer also never contacted us in person, by phone or mail, to resolve the matter with us. More likely what the customer is trying to do in a passive aggressive way is to cancel a commitment she has for a 6 month sunclub (purchased on 3/23/2016) and is committed thru 09/15/2016.  To date she has spent $123.21 including the signup fee.  If she had done any research at all, she would have realized that her issues did not come from lack of attention to cleanliness. Having a tan sometimes makes the fungus more visible, so it is possible that she had it previously, but was only aware of it after she obtained her tan. In any case, Tan Central will cancel her sunclub and waive the cancellation fee in order to resolve the situation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern and will accept their cancellation of my membership effective immediately. However, I do not appreciate the rude manner the "owner" responded to me in. This disease can be picked up from lack of cleanliness when cleaning their beds. I was told by my doctor, that is the most likely where I picked up this disease as I have NEVER had anything like this before. I don't appreciate the lack of respect from this company and will NEVER tan with them again. I will be monitoring my account to make sure I am not charged on the 15th of this month AGAIN.
