I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
After submitting our complaint, my husband visited the tanning facility on 9/6/after verifying via phone that they were open.? He registered a complaint with a woman working at the desk and requested to speak with the owner.? She would not give the owner's contact information other than the phone number for the tanning facility nor would she reach out so he could speak with the owner.? My husband left his name & phone number requesting that the owner call him and requesting a refund.? Since that conversation on 9/6/2017, neither of us has received any communication from Tan in a Flash.? If they have applied extra visits to our accounts that information was not shared with us.? We each purchased one month unlimited tanning packages specifically to use prior to our vacation on 9/9/2017.? As we have already gone on vacation, the alleged additional visits are essentially useless to us and we do not feel this is an adequate response.? We request a refund for the cost of unlimited tanning packages.?
