Miss [redacted] signed up for a monthly billing membership with Tan It All for $31/monthAs part of her agreement, she was afforded unlimited tanning each month as well as discounts on all products and servicesThis membership price is heavily discounted compared to the $75/month package, which is prepaid and without billing.The membership also allowed her to freeze the account during the time she was not planning to use itMiss [redacted] is aware of this benefit of a FREE freeze, as she has availed it separate occasions on 9/5/2014, then on 8/17/2015, and then again on 11/8/However Miss [redacted] did not freeze her membership after that and per the terms of her membership agreement, she was billed each month for the services she signed up forThe tanning membership is just like a gym membershipIts unlimited use for a low fee, however refunds cannot be given simply because the services were not usedWe are open days a week, from morning to night, specifically for our customers with memberships.We would love to keep Miss [redacted] as a valued customerWe can give Miss [redacted] credit for months of tanning on her accountShe can come into one of our store and redeem it when she ready to tan again.Sincerely,***Tan It All
