each month. We have never had a 3 month promo with our auto withdrawal and have never canceled anyone's account without the proper written notice required. I also have in customers history where he paid in cash and was NOT also billed on his card for that month as well.( also available upon request)Unfortunately it is not Tan lines fault when someone does not read the contract they sign when they sign up for the auto withdrawal. It is all very clearly stated at sign up.

question were sent on 7-2-2016 to [redacted], owner and Austin TELCO FCU lien holder. Car was picked up on 7-7-2016 after letters were sent, If owner has moved and not changed address with  DMV the letter would have gone to address on title.NO FRAUD
