Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Please ask the CEO of the company, if - and I quote him - "The car has to be at the port full days before sailing", why was the estimation - emailed to me by his employee on Monday, January 12th - only two days later, January 14th ? were they afraid I would seek other services if I knew my car will be delayed for "unforeseen circumstances" as they mentioned? They KNEW my car will miss the shipping date, and still they lie.The second thing is: I have a complete transcript of my correspondences with ship overseas, if the CEO can point to where I was a dictator, sarcastic, rude and threaten to tell my friend to never ship with them, I would withdraw my complaintOtherwise, I will be leaning toward suing him for wrongful accusations.Last thing is: I say it clearly through this website for safekeeping, after seeing how they react with customers' complaints in unprofessional way, that they might do something to further delay or even treat my car badly Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The picture I sent to *** *** was exactly a picture of the truck that we bought and wanted shipped. It was not a different truck, but exactly the same truck that the trucker was asked to ship when he arrived at the dealership. The error was made by *** in his quote and instead of honoring his quote, he rather tried to blame others (me) when in fact I had taken lengths to make sure that he knew that the truck was not a sized pick up truck. *** told me it would cost thousands more to have the truck shipped than what he had quoted, which is why I chose to work with another shipper, who in fact did the job for about $more than ***'s original quote. Ship overseas had a contract with me and didn't fulfill it, and they still have my money Please refund the total amount ($2,950)

I wanted to ship a truck that I had bought in North Hills California all the way to HaitiShipoverseas gave me a complete price of $2,dollars which I agreed to , signed the contract, and then paid the money by wire transferweeks after I paid, shipoverseas informed me that it would cost
considerably more than they had quoted in their contractI didn't want to pay more, since they had set a contract price and I simply asked them to cancel and refund my moneyI got somebody else to ship the vehicleThis is more than month now, and shipoverseas still hasn't returned my money and now when I ask,, they say that they will return some of my money, but they will take a $fee for all their troubleCan you help me with this terrible company?SirI have looked at your complaint and at the factsYou were being served by ***He asked you for a picture of the truckYou duly sent him a picture for which he quoted youThe picture that you sent did not match the actual truck that we went out to pick upThe truck was much larger than declared by you and this could not fit onto a regular car carrierThis cost us $for a dry run which we had to pay the trucker.*** communicated with you and advised you that we were unable to pick up the truck and it would cost more for truckingYou declined his offer and said you would arrange your own trucking.This you did and on arrival at the port your truck was refused entry as you did not follow instructionsYou were requested to mail the Original Title of Ownership to an address we gave you as well as a Power of Attorney and a copy of your passport. This you did not do and thus the vehicle was declined entry into the port. *** spent hours on your request to ship, created documents for you, paid for a customs clearance which never took place ( we lost the payment) $We have charged you for the many hours of wasted time and documentation prepared a further $Total $395.00I will refund you your payment less the expenses indicatedIt is very important that you follow instructions so as to make the shipment a successYou did not.*** ***Ship Overseas, Inc

SirI am away in South Africa at the moment so I am unable to p***uce the picture sent by you and the picture of the actual truck we were suppossed to loadHowever you found another trucker to tke the vehicle to the port and even called *** to advise him that you would be delivering on the last FridayOf course you tried to deliver but did not follow the instructionsWhy are you denying this ?I will return Feb th and re look at your case and advise you.Sincerely*** ***Ship Overseas, Inc

***We have had correpondence with you regarding this mater over the last few days It was noted in your original correspondence your aggressive and sarcastic tone which led to me not wanting to assist you.I have all your correspndence.The reason why your car was delayed is that US Customs
rejected the clearance due to the time it is required at the port before sailing, We have no control over this, The car has to be at the port full days before sailing anfd in your case it was only two days.This is a circumstance which I had no contol of I am not prepared to give you any discount as explained in my email to youNot % and not one Dollar Your attitude to us was not thing short of trying to be a dictator and we will not tolerate rudeness and sarcasm.Your threat to make our name black by telling all your friens etc shows the type of character you are and even if I were to give you the whole shipment free you would still be the same character that you are.This subject and negotiating with me is closed.There are times when arbitration is possible but in your case none.We will advise you where to go and when to do it after the sailing.*** ***Ship Overseas, Inc
