Tan Phu Karaoke Super Store

Review: I bought a karaoke set that cost me $4000 in January of 2015 and by mid February of the same year, I was already having failures with the speakers I purchased in the set. I contacted the man who sold me the product to see if he knew what the problem could be and at this point he told me to bring the wires that came in the set because they may have been defective. I did as he requested and made the 30 minute drive to his business and he exchanged them saying this should take care of the issue. I went to test the wires he replaced me with and they did not fix the issue with my speakers. I contacted him again and he told me to bring the speakers that had issues and he would take a look. Problem with this is that these speakers are hefty and require two men to carry and put into a truck. I told him that I could not solely move the speakers, but I was open to have him or someone come and take a look at them at my property. He told me at this point that if I wanted them fixed, I would need to ship them to California and pay for this problem myself. I feel this is wrong considering that I paid for a product that should have lasted me years and not even a month later, I'm having major issues that apparently need repairs. I asked him to exchange my products for a set that worked and was either the same or equal value and he refused to work with me on it. I asked for a refund and he declined that as well. I asked for a maufacturors warranty and he refused to give me any details regarding my purchase. It's been months of trying to resolve this issue with this business. I will never conduct any business with these people ever again.Desired Settlement: A replacement of the same speaker set or a full refund of my money is all I ask for. I want a product that will work correctly and prevent another situation like this, or my money back so I can go to another store to purchase something that works from someone who is of more help.
