Good Afternoon,
I am responding to the above Revdex.com ID #. On April 15, 2015, the customer signed up for our membership program that permits unlimited use of our
services and 50% discounts on all products. The Customer stopped using our services in the late Fall and the customers membership fees stopped clearing the customers CC in January. The Customer never cancelled the membership
Each year since the customer has made the same claim in the spring after being made aware of the balance. In she paid the balance. In the customer service representative waived the balance and this year the customer service repread her notes and decided we were being taken advantage of. I have attached a copy of the membership agreement and you can see the cancellation section is still not filled out
If the customer pays her balance due of we will add $in upgrade credits to her profile for her to use to upgrade to higher level beds. The membership plan the customer is in is designed for our year round customers, or at least the ones that plan on utilizing services for more than months. We offer other plans but they are more expensive and still require the customer to cancel the membership at the end of their desired time

This service was not provided by Shamrock Towing. This impound tow was completed by [redacted] a sister company to Shamrock Towing. Please transfer this claim to All Valley Impound.[redacted] is Contracted to tow from [redacted]. There is “No on Street Parking”...
allowed at [redacted]. I’m sure this rule is to comply with fire code. If the community allowed on street parking and there was an emergency it could be a catastrophe if a fire truck could not get to where it was needed.This impound was done in complete compliance with State and local laws. As part of these laws the police department is notified before the vehicle is moved.Further this impound was done within the guidelines requested by OUR CUSTOMER “[redacted]” as outlined via contract with said customer. The time line of the Impound is also in question. All of our trucks are equipped with GPS allowing us to know where they are at all times. Our truck arrived on site at 10:30:34 AM at this time our driver obtained vehicle information, called the Impound into the police, hooked up the car and was ready to leave the site at 11:06:27AM. We were with the car for no less than 36 minutes before leaving the property with the car. According to the Mrs. [redacted] time line we left with the car approximately 50 minutes after she parked the car.Mrs. [redacted] car was parked in the street unattended for approximately 50 minutes before [redacted] removed it. “[redacted]” does not allow on street parking. [redacted] provided the service as requested to its customer, “[redacted]” within the guidelines of the law. All Valley did nothing illegal or immoral. At this time no adjustment will be made.
