Employees will only tell you the most expensive "specials" Then post the cheaper ones in the rooms. When you ask to change your package or get a refund they will tell you that there are no refunds. They will just issue a credit for the extra money you spent.

Review: I bought a tanning lotion from Tan R U and I didn't realize how much it cost until I got home. I called the next day and they said that they don't do returns. I have been in contact with the owner and she took a very long time to even get back to me in the first place. The product was never opened and all I would like to do is return the product and get it credited back to my credit card. I have now emailed her a few times and have got no response from the owner. She offered a gift certificate or in store credit which I don't want. I have been completely turned off by this whole thing and would never go to their tanning salon. Hopefully you can help me out with this problem.

I did respond to you wanting a full refund. I explained to you that we do not do that, but I'd be happy to put the money in a gift certificate form or as prepaid dollars on your account to use towards something else. You were not happy with that and I'm sorry. When you sign up at TAN'R YOU as a client and when you get a receipt - it states that there are no refunds. I watched the surveillance video and saw my associate tell you the price of the lotion three times. You did not seem to have an issue with it at all. I received a letter today that you contacted the Revdex.com. Even though the lotion you purchased was $140.00 regular price, you paid well below that amount with the discount we gave you. It is my understanding you paid $80.92 which included tax. When a lotion leaves our salon we have no way of knowing what is done with that bottle. Even though you did not open it, I have no way of knowing where you put it or left it. If it was left in your car and reached a temperature of more than 80 degrees (which we've been averaging over 90 degrees daily) - the lotion separates and is no longer good. It will not do what it was intended to do and I cannot resell it. I am sorry you later changed your mind about the lotion. As stated above, we do not give refunds but I am willing to give you the amount back in a gift certificate form or prepaid dollars.
