To whom it may concern: I do apologize if Ms***s feels upset about the experiences she has had with the guest relations department or any representative of our companyWe do aim to resolve any and all disputes with our guests - however my office is responsible for pursuing issues with incomplete or inaccurate agreements, or salon level issuesThis does not appear to be either as the agreement attached in the prior response does show a completed, signed and acknowledged agreement signed by both our representative and the clientThe terms and conditions are clearly defined, thus this appears to be a dispute about breaching a valid agreementThis can be done in one of two ways; early termination in the form of a buy-out or a transfer of agreement (for any personal reasons such as no longer wishing to use services, moving, etc)I have sent the contact information provided to the guest relations office for the most realistic resolution - however a breach of a valid agreement is not feasible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have left numerous voice mails for Zach at Tan Republic with no return callsNo one from the office has returned any of my callsZach ended the only phone conversation I had with him by telling me he would call me right back and has never returned my calI feel this company has been very deceptive and dishonest I was transferring my membership from Salem, not signing up for a new membershipI wa never told anything about a one year membership., I was told the paper I was signing authorized them to take the payment from my bank account instead of Salem and I would retain the same program I had in SalemThis company is treating me very insignificant as they will not speak to me directlyI escalated this issue to Revdex.com as they have been deceptive, dishonest, non-responsive and are now being untruthful by saying I ended contact with themI have phone records of every call I've made and have gone into the locationI've never been treated so poorly by a businessI only want them to honor what I was told in September and end my contract with a day noticeI'm moving from Lake Oswego and there is not a Tan Republic where I am moving Sincerely, [redacted]

To WHOM this concerns, I signed a Membership Agreement on July for monthsJuly I went to tan and the lady at the desk said I did not get the Groupon special which my rate would be instead of Did I want to change? I said yesShe said I needed to sign a new Membership Agreement to get the Groupon rateI complied Sept I went to the Tan Republic to give my days’ noticeThe lady at the desk said it was a month membershipI stated I never signed a month membership or agreed to oneWe took a look at the (2) membership agreements and the (1) I singed on 7/27, if you look real close it says (6) monthsI was shocked that the lady on 7/would pull the wool over my eyes and changed the contract to (6) monthsThis was not brought up, discussed and the way she wrote it you can barely make it outThe lady at the desk said she were refer this to customer relations Zack F [redacted] and he would have to override this and would contact meI complied S

outline the terms and conditions acknowledged and signed by Ms***'s at the time of purchase however this conversation was terminated on behalf of the clientThis was the last communication we have documented and recorded between our office and this guestIf helpful to Ms***'s we have provided an additional copy of her agreement signed with payment information redacted for her protection to this response
If Ms***'s wises to breach contract she may elect any option available to her to do so; ie a buyout or transfer

Have tried to cancel contract with this business for over a year nowSet up auto withdrawal on my credit card in amount of $which is paid on a monthly basisMultiple attempts to call and send email via tab republic website have gone unansweredI have not lived in Oregon in over years nowAfter doing some research online, I have discovered that I am not alone in having this issue with Tan Republic as there are hundreds of complaints against them for the very same issueI would like them to cancel my “contract” immediately

This is quite frustrating as I was clearly mislead by the representative that transferred my month to month account from SalemI was told my membership would be the same and to sign the paper to enable them to deduct the dues from my accountI made a terrible mistake by trusting the clerk that my membership would remain the same as it was in Salem, month to month I want it to be made clear I did not go to Tan Republic to start a new membership but to move from one location to another I'm very upset that the only way I was able to receive a response was to contact the Revdex.com as I was being ignored.
I will go to the Bridgeport location tomorrow 2/2/to cancel my membership and to complete a buyout I am still quite disgusted this business is allowed to perform such deceptive and dishonest business practices with no remorse or consequences

Zach ended the only phone conversation I had with him by telling me he would call me right back and has never returned my cal. I feel this company has been very deceptive and dishonest.  I was transferring my membership from Salem, not signing up for a new membership. I wa never told anything about a one year membership., I was told the paper I was signing authorized them to take the payment from my bank account instead of Salem and I would retain the same program I had in Salem. This company is treating me very insignificant as they will not speak to me directly. I escalated this issue to Revdex.com as they have been deceptive, dishonest, non-responsive and are now being untruthful by saying I ended contact with them. I have phone records of every call I've made and have gone into the location. I've never been treated so poorly by a business. I only want  them to honor what I was told in September and end my contract with a 30 day notice. I'm moving from Lake Oswego and there is not a Tan Republic where I am moving.  Sincerely,[redacted]
