3, to Mr***explaining the terms of the contract he signed and initialed detailing that the membership is an electronic funds transfer membership that requires written notice to cancel billingThis is the same EFT system used with all major cell phone carriers, gym membershipsa system most are familiar withAdditionally, we do have a valid contract on our end where Mr*** consents to the terms of the agreement, thus he has been billed and is obligated to the terms and conditions of the agreementWhile Mr*** is disgruntled about the situation his unprofessional closing remarks (closing line of his final email to our agent) are unwarrantedGiven that this contract is a valid agreement and Mr*** maintains a copy of his agreement for review, he has been billed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlinedWe believe no further action is required on our part
