The promotion that the guest redeemed was, indeed, for the lowest level bed in the store (our silver level beds) The in-store associate correctly charged the guest a small upgrade fee ($6+$tax) to upgrade the (free) silver level tan into a higher level (better) bed...but we understand the guest's concerns as well
