Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I completely disagree with the written observation of Zack and tan republicPer my conversation with Zack at guest relations with Tan republic, it was highlighted it would be impossible to terminate this contract unless there were specific guidelines by Zack; requesting a medical letter from my clinicianI feel I have furnished what was requested therefore in disbelief, of the written statement to Revdex.com by ZackMy doctor highlighted tanning is not something recommended especially with my previous history of cancerOnce the recommendation took place I immediately stopped tanning per my clinician and followed all medical requirements Please note this contract has not been used in other words I have not tanned for the last 4-monthsThat is why I am asking for not only a reimbursement but to terminate the contract since I am unable to use the services and productsEthically the contract should not have been valid due to the fraudulent ways of this company; in initiating contractsI was specifically told I was not going to be charged on my credit card and to my surprise it was This company is unethical, and works very sideways pertaining to customer serviceIf Zack at guest relations from tan republic continues to be adamant about not terminating the contract I will be fair enough to request the spray tan optionHowever, at the same cost and to Credit my account for the months I have not used the tanning optionWith that said, I will agree to utilize the spray tan option only, since it does not pertain to One on one contact to radiationI am more than willing to elaborate if this is something that the company will approveIf not I will resume with the original request of terminating my contract with tan republic due to a medical and cancer history.Sincerely,*** ***

Good afternoon, and thank you for bringing this to our attention We regret the inconvenience Ms*** had to deal with, and we have today issued a refund check to her (9/15/16) in the amount of $85.80, which is being mailed to her PO Box address on file Her account has today been
placed on "stay and save", where it will remain for the duration of her pregnancy, per her original (and above-stated) request
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we trust this will bring the matter to a mutually satisfactory conclusion We look forward to seeing Ms*** again after her pregnancy is over!

The intent of the correspondence is to provide clarification to this escalated concern with the timeline from our guest relations departmentZack has spoken to this guest regarding her membership in which she requested to breach contract and terminate early for financial
reasons and prior medical reasoning to not continue the agreementIt was expressed that that medical information was known prior to commencement and purchase of this agreementThis reasoning conflicts with that given to the Revdex.com regarding tricked tactics to sign an agreementWhile we cannot disclose personal information for Ms***'s husband, we can provide a copy of Ms***'s complete, authenticated and active service contractThis appears to be a complete agreement and is bound by the terms and conditions signed by the guest as well as a representative of our company.
Should the reasoning for canceling be personal, as an email to the Salem Tan Republic location on July 21, requesting medical release from the agreement, would indicate she is welcome to discuss the options for early termination with our guest relations department manager ZackHis business line is 503-206-
Because this is a legal, active and valid service agreement this appears to be a dispute that does not require further action from our legal department
