Republic McMinnville I find it very difficult to believe my staffwould not return a phone call for months, or simply ignore an Email request to cancel.Both of these ladies as well as my manager, who left a voice mail on the 28th, have beenwith me for years and we have never had a complaint like this before
It is extremely difficult to defend against a falsehoodWe can not prove in any mannerthat we received calls and refused to return them or that we ignored E mailsPerhaps Ms.*** can provide some sort of phone or E mail record to back up her claims?
I can emphatically state that we returned her call from the 28th and that we still have notheard back from herI will stand by my staff and our long track record of doing right byall of our clients and decline to issue a refund
I have cancelled her membership as of the 28th of December despite not having receiveda written request at that time
