Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is documented in the complaint that, after I requested the payoff balance, the store advised was needed prior to 7/25/I attempted to pay that amount in the store prior to that date, but was refusedThat is why I contacted the Revdex.com I prepared the complaint after consulting with an attorney, who advised that my written cancellation (documented in the complaint) was sufficient to legally cancel the contract The solution is for the Revdex.com to facilitate the last installment payment of 64.95, since the store refused my attempt to pay in person [redacted]

company policy was not to refund debit sales with cash in salon. There are several reasons we do not do this, however any due refund would be appropriate to be refunded in the payment form that the guest paid for the services/goods.After Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] were unable to reach resolution she was in contact with our guest relations manager [redacted] and provided this Revdex.com case complaint to upper management via email. After speaking to [redacted] on May 20, 2015 (after filing this complaint) she expressed to him that she did not desire a refund, rather her advice be implemented in company operations. We appreciate and value Ms. [redacted] feedback and have taken it into consideration and implementation as requested. At this time, according to Ms. [redacted] expressed wishes to [redacted] we believe this complaint has been resolved.Yours in business,Tan Republic West Hills
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
It is documented in the complaint that, after I requested the payoff balance, the store advised 64.95 was needed prior to 7/25/16. I attempted to pay that amount in the store prior to that date, but was refused. That is why I contacted the Revdex.com.
I prepared the complaint after consulting with an attorney, who advised that my written cancellation (documented in the complaint) was sufficient to legally cancel the contract.
The solution is for the Revdex.com to facilitate the last installment payment of 64.95, since the store refused my attempt to pay in person.
