We are in receipt of this complaint and would like to work with you and with Ms*** to resolve it quickly
For our guests' protection, all of our contracts require that cancellation requests be done in writing This can be accomplished by mail, or by stopping in to any
location and filling out cancellation paperwork, as the contract states In this case, Ms*** never provided a written request to cancel her contract, which is why she was billed one extra time after the regularly scheduled end of her contract (our contracts also continue on a month-to-month basis, after the term commitment has been satisfied, until and unless cancelled (in writing) by the customer)
With that said, we do understand and appreciate Ms***' desire to cancel her contract - and with this written request (in the complaint) in hand, we have cancelled her contract, effective immediately She will receive no further billings from Tan Republic under this contract, as her account has been closed and her contract fully and permanently cancelled
