As I stated I would like the other half of my money also, they didn't include how the people at the front desk was suppose to tell us about the golf carts and how and what was available to us, like the lady (Jackie)told me they should have done, yes my daughter fell and hurt herself on a wet floor that had puddles everywhere and I also heard the lady say she should have told the employee not to mop on the side where she fell at going down the steps..why would people mop and leave puddles and people are coming in and out of the building half of my money doesn't make up for the fact my daughter fell and hurt herself, rooms smelled like mildew, etc , I also stated how I had to go to *** to get Lysol and keep spraying it down everyday I surly believe if it was one of your family members that had experienced this on a trip you would want allll of your money back and the fact I didn't take it further to my lawyer, I would appreciate the rest of my money back then I'll be satisfied Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:Ms*** was concerned with our staff members being rude to the members of her family reunion, and not offering them rides on our golf carts.? We suspect that she may have been asking for rides on carts that were not our bellstand - i.e: from guests who had rented
carts, or from our estate owners, or service personnel, who do not shuttle guests.? In addition, her daughter fell on a freshly mopped floor, and was injured.? Our security officer and EMT attended to her.? The claim was turned over to our insurance adjusters, and they offered to rebate one half of her room and tax charges for her stay.? She seemed fine with that solution, and we sent her a letter and check from the property in the amount of $on July 20.? A copy is enclosed of our letter and check.?
