Dear Revdex.com,We are responding to complaint # ***. Customer was given an estimate for the job and agreed to have the work doneCustomer gave us a deposit check and scheduled the work to be done a few weeks laterCustomer then changed her mind and cancel the job and requested the deposit
check backWe told customer that the check will be mailed to her houseThis was during the time that we had a death in the familyWe were in and out of the hospital and our father passedWe were overwhelmed with taking care of the funeral and the well being of the familyUnfortunately and unintentionally we forgot to mail the check out to customerIt was an innocent oversightAs soon as we received notice from Revdex.com, we immediately contacted customer and hand delivered her the refund of the deposit checkEverything has been taken care of now and customer said she will remove the complaint from Revdex.com.
