In May of we were contracted by Dr*** to fix the main roof on his homeWe have not had a complaint from Dr*** pertaining to the work that was done on the main roofOn January 9, we were again contracted to do some work on a smaller section of roof on the back of Dr
***'s homeWe finished the job on April 20, With the design of the house, there is a small section of roof where leaves and outside debris collectDuring the winter months it ended up with about to feet of ice freezing over itOnce it started to melt, due to excessive leaf and outside debris in the gutters, water did back up under the roof and leaked into the houseWe fixed the problem in the spring of this year although the piece we used did not match the rest of the roofOn September 20, we went back out and re-did that section of roof that did not match and used the same colored shingles as the rest of the roof Dr*** was aware of when we were coming and was not homeIt was explained to Dr*** about the design of the home as well as the buildup of leaves and debris and what should be done, to prevent this from happening in the future

Mrs*** was informed that the problem with her window was a manufacturers issueAfter giving time to the manufacturer to fix the problem and receiving a brush off from them, we as a company who cares about our customers went out and fixed the problemHowever, it still DOES NOT make it an
installation issue, but a manufacturers defectWhen our company was first called, we were able to close the window properlyUnderstandable that a window would be open during summerIn the fall, we once again properly closed and locked itIf it was left alone there would have been no issue until the problem was taken care ofWe contacted the distributor *** *** and have been reassured that they will contact Mrs*** with an apology and explanation of why they did not come to fix the problemAs for re-imbursement, the manufacturer would be held responsible

It's an unfortunate situation, but I'm beginning to think it's at a point where nothing we do is satisfactory enough for Mr. [redacted]. We have had several days of rain in between fixing the problem at Mr. [redacted]'s home and him sending another complaint to the Revdex.com, with 1 to 3 inches of rain in 1 day. Yet, I have not received a text or phone call from him in regards to the leak still happening at his home. We need to set up a specific day and time for the crew to be able to gain entrance to the home so we can take care of the internal issues.

Up till now we only have promises but no action to fix the interior. Once it is completed satisfactorily we will resolve this issue and willing to give satisfactory rating to the business. We just need to get this fixed and have no malice against the business. Pictures were attached last time. It is more or less the same, they had seen it. Thanks
